The foundational layer. Establish the core signal capture framework, gene inference logic, and initial stack compiler. Prove that phenotypic signals can be reliably mapped to gene expression states using a deterministic, transparent rule engine.

Status: Active

The DeSci layer. Activate the Experiment System, begin accumulating anonymized protocol outcome data, and surface the first community intelligence insights. Transform individual protocol runs into network signal.
